Initial meeting provided us with options and pricing. Contract signed. Installation done efficiently and according to their schedule. Although price is higher than others, which they acknowledge, product it excellent and service and installation was great.

Bruce and Joyce, the owners, personally came to measure and make suggestions as to design, color of fabric, and size of awning that they felt would best meet my needs. Bruce and another employee installed the awning, and made sure it was done perfectly. It is very important to have someone install the system who knows what he is doing! It has to be well balanced so it goes in and out properly. They instructed me on use of the remote, and on how to use the awning to extend its life, such as always leaving it IN at night and during windy days. Bruce showed me how to "winterize" it, by removing the fancy valance, a 3 minute job. Since the old gazebo had already been put together for the season and was fastened to the deck, they took the time to reposition it and fasten it to another part of the deck for me, at no charge. They were so nice about everything! Since then, they have called to see if there were any problems, and in the fall, Bruce had an employee stop by to do the "winterizing" job for me, since he was "in the area." It is very reassuring to me to know that I can call Bruce or Joyce if I have a question or a problem, and that I can trust them to take care of it for me. Personal service is a big plus with their business. They are honest and are really good people to have do your work.

The entire process from educating us on the operation and benefits of the awning to the pricing to the selection of color and materials to the installation was excellent. We would highly recommend Bruce and Joyce Beukema for obtaining and installing an awning.
