It went really well. There was one little snag in that they forgot that they were doing our downstairs room, so I had to call them up and ask them when they were going to do that. Then they came within just a few days and took care of it. I think they had forgotten that they were doing that room as well.

I went in and looked at kitchen and bathroom flooring. Actually I wanted tile flooring with real ceramic plating but decided on the Armstrong sheets of tile. It looks great and no problems so far in 5 years.

They were reliable and punctual. They were affordable. The staff was excellent. They were very nice and courteous.
