Brink Landscaping (Cadillac MI) has done an inferior  job of mowing my lawn and charge way too much for the job they do. The grass is left drastically uneven, with taller scraggly strands scattered everywhere on my large lawn. If I want a nice looking lawn I have to get out my mower and mow over where they've mowed to even off the length. They admit they simply run over the grass once and whatever is left behind stays uncut.- they told me they charge double if they have to back up and even off the mowing : One swipe in one direction, and that's it!  I was told the the grass  was too long, but even if that were true, it would be their fault, because they were three weeks late in keeping the last appointment I made with them ( I had to call and email several times before they finally showed up). Brink is unreliable, not keeping appointments as agreed to, and ignoring emails and messages. In addition to leaving scraggly uncut grass stems all over my front yard, they left a large swath of grass in the back yard completely untouched this summer, which has become totally overgrown with weeds. It has now been over a month since they were here the last time, and I have heard nothing more from them. My lawn looks terrible. If I am charged for their last two visits, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have used other lawn services and never had these problems with anyone else.
