Jim was great to work with and everything he promised was done on time and was perfect. These men left no mess behind and went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy when the job was all done. He quoted me a great price and there were no up charges when the job was finished. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a great company for your heating needs this company does it all. A total 5 star company.

My a/c would only hum.  I called and the appointment was made for arrival within 24-hours. The technician arrived promptly. He tested the unit and found it was the capacitor. He then did three other tests to be sure the problem was corrected. He checked the freon which was perfect. Before he left, he checked the furnace and made suggestions for filter and cleaning of the outdoor unit as a preventative of future problems. The technician, Paul, was very polite and courteous. If I have any heating or cooling problems in the future, this will be my go-to service to call.

First, I thought all these reviews were too good to be true. So I called all over trying to get service from about 5 other sources with no results. I finally had to call Able Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, Jim answered right away and scheduled same day service. He came out and put the new part in and now we have hot water again. Thank you for your great service!  These reviews are true. I highly recommend Able Heating, Cooling and Plumbing!

Mr. Huston was very helpful in choosing and installing our furnace, He was prompt & efficient.  We were somewhat disappointed in not receiving a rebate from DTE which we thought was certain. (DTE had used up the rebate money by the time they received our application). Also we were not aware that our new high efficiency furnace would not heat the house as quickly as the old furnace did. But we think Mr. Huston treated us honestly and fairly.

No problems.  The give a great guarintee on the furnace (not part of the manufacturer's guarintee) and are very friendly and anxious to do a good job.

.The man called us with the time he was coming to the house. Then he was running late and called to let us know, which we found very respectful of our time. His cell phone rang a few times here, but he wasted no time on it. Just kept going on the repair. what started out to be simple, ended in being a whole overhaul as he found other parts wearing out. He was here a long time, and was very friendly in spite of our lab wanting to help. We liked how he explained the necessity of the parts he fixed and how he tried to make things inexpensive for us. He really did a good job.
