"This customer initially told me the completed job was great, and she was very happy. A week later she called and demanded I come back out to see her tub. I was honest with her and politely told her 'No, I really did not need to'. Now she posts a bad review. Sheeesh. If being honest and telling her NO is her definition of 'rude', then so be it. Sometimes, all you can do is shake your head and pray for people."
