We have two dogs and spots did not come on. They owner came out and he put stuff on and told us what to do. We're very pleased with them. We had a little disagreement with the price because the house is larger than anticipated so I reminded them the price so they honored it. They knew what they're doing.

Everything went as planned, they did a great job. They found a few things (including jewelry) that the seller had forgotten or lost in the house, and put it on the counter in the kitchen for us. It was pricey-er than some places we could have gone, but we knew that they would do a good job based off of friends' recommendations. We later heard from our Rainbow vacuum rep that Sterk is the best cleaning service in GR.

GREAT!!!!     The cleaning technician arrived right on time.   He introduced himself , was well spoken, well kept, and looked very clean, and polite .
He asked to see the sofa and we discussed the fabric.   He explained what he was going to do and the possibility of it not being as clean as I would like.   He explained 'wear and tear ' is part of well used furniture.  He would do his best.   He worked without any interruptions or unnecessary conversation.
He put some insulation where the door was ajar so it wouldn't get cold in my house.   He offered to take his shoes off but I said "it wasn't necessary .
STERK also cleaned my carpet several years ago and did an excellent job.
I wouldn't even CONSIDER any other cleaning business.
Also,  my sofa was dry in less than 24 hrs!!!!   and looked like NEW

Sterk confirmed the day before and Dete arrived promptly at 8:00 am. He did a very thorough job (as always) and the carpets look great! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sterk Carpet and Furniture Cleaning! They have always done an excellent job and were particularly helpful when our basement bedroom flooded this spring. You will be amazed at how good your carpets look!

I called Sterk based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The carpet had dog urine and cat vomit stains that I had tried to have removed by two other cleaning services. The stains kept reappearing. Also, the product used by one of the other cleaners turned the carpet pink! I discussed this with the lady that handled my call, and she felt they could do what I needed. The carpet cleaning man arrived on time, was very courteous, very professional, and did a great job of going over the stained carpet with me and finding out what my expectations were. When he was done, I inspected the job and found no problems. He did cover a few stains with a white powder that is designed to absorb stains that may be coming up from the pad. He gave excellent instructions on removal of the powder the following day when the carpet was dry. A month later my carpet is STAIN FREE and looks like new.

We could NOT believe the difference before and after! Both the carpet
and the rug were at least 4 years old and had never been cleaned. The
rug actually looked 4 shades brighter! Our experience with Sterk on the
phone and in person was nothing but good. They are friendly,
professional, prompt and really good at their job. Will hire again for
sure.

I found them through word of mouth. The questioned as to what we wanted and they gave information about things like the condition of the carpets from their professional view. They were late at times, but they were good.

I have used them 4-5 times and they are excellent. I found them through my step-mother and she had used them. They often have specials and they are always sending you a 10 percent off card or a 15 percent off card, and you have a $50 discount for air duct cleaning going on right now and that kind of thing. My couch looks like it is brand new. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They are professional and don't make a mess.

He did a really good job. We hadn't had our carpet cleaned in about two years. With two dogs, it was dirty. He spent a lot of time going over it. He also spent a lot of time cleaning up the vomit smell on our couch.

WE USUALLY HAVE THEM CLEAN OUR CARPETING EVERY YEAR. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND PROMPT. WE'RE ALWAYS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DO. WHEN THEY ARE DONE CLEANING, EVERYTHING ALWAYS LOOKS FANTASTIC.

OUR CARPET DRIED VERY QUICKLY AFTER THEY WERE GONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND CAREFUL. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE HAD THEM COME BACK EVERY THREE MONTHS TO CLEAN THE CARPETS BECAUSE THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPETS. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WE TRUST WITH OUR CARPET.

THE CLEANING WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF NEED BE.
