It went exactly the way it was suppose to, we were extremely pleased.

This company installed a floating bamboo floor over a concrete pad(the bay window has a wood base).  We experienced  some issues at the time of installation(which were remedied) and later with product shrinkage(which were not).  We have been told that the installation method used in our case,was not optimal. The owner doesn't readily answer phone calls.  He has offered to reimburse us.

Put in carpet in 4 rooms and linoleum in 2 rooms.

Bob's installers met and exceeded my expectations. They were professional, pleasant, hard working and
got the job done ahead of schedule. The result is beautiful! And they moved the furniture back and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
I was so pleased that I have hired them to do another room right away.
Everyone should be aware that the process is noisy and creates a lot of dust. But it's more than worth it
to have glowing solid white oak floors instead of dingy carpeting.

Ordering was convenient, they brought samples right to the house. Installation was easy because it was a bound carpet.

The the installer was meticulous and did a very good job. The only minor bump in the road was that the installer had to leave early to go to a graduation for a family member, so he left the stairwell unfinished and had to come back and finish up the job following day. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know this, as I would have just picked a different day to have the work done. Overall, were happy with the carpet and plan to have them back to do a couple more rooms next year.

In the end, we are very happy with our purchase and would deal with Just Floors again. The hiccup was they didn't bring enough flooring to finish the job and I had to call them late in the day to find out what was going on and how it was going to be resolved. They showed up two days later and finished it. I can't complain other than the slip in communication but it was made right in the end.

I called Just Floors after another company turned down my project as "too small". Bob came over the same day I called, and came back with a flooring sample the next day. The price was very reasonable. The installation guy was very friendly and knowledgable. He had to custom cut some of the floorboards because of the water damage. The floor looks great.

Because I have been following flooring companies on Angie's List for some time, I narrowed my choices to two: Just Floors and one of the major nationwide flooring companies who had done work for me in a previous home. I had a couple of criteria: 1) I wanted a custom, professional and and quot;expensiveand quot; look, including a fully-tiled shower, and 2) the downstairs bathroom was a tiny and very dirty job that I knew many larger contractors would want to turn down. I needed a contractor who would take on a small job and handle it like it was a big one. Price was of course important, but I am more inclined to pay a little more if it means I'm going to get exactly what I want.

Both Bob Boersma and the contractor from the national company visited to size the job and provide options. For my small basement bathroom, which had been previously flooded, Bob was able to provide an inexpensive solution that made it look less like a basement bathroom and more like a tiny luxury suite. He was also able to quote me a full tile solution for both the floor and the shower in the master bath (I asked him, and quot;even though you are called and quot;Just Floorsand quot;, will you do a shower enclosure?and quot; The answer is yes). The national contractor could not provide a quote for the shower tile; unlike and quot;Just Floorsand quot;, they really only DID do floors! The quotes from both companies were comparable in price, though Just Floors' selection was better. I chose Just Floors for two reasons: having a fully-tiled shower was a key criteria, and because Bob offered a number of options for my basement bathroom.

When one of the products I wanted was no longer available, Bob's team followed up by providing five different samples of similar products to choose from. His team arrived on time the first day and completed the flooring removal. They took the time to check with me before leaving, pointing out a couple of minor items to communicate to the plumbing crew (Kentwood Plumbing). They did a beautiful, marble-look and quot;subwayand quot; pattern that included a towel bar and ceramic shelves, and added an overwhelming sense of luxury into my master bath. When we discovered that we had to move a heating vent in order to place the vanity correctly, the two teams worked together to move the vent and get the floor patched before the tiling was complete.

At the very end we had a small problem with the towel bar, which my son accidentally pulled down before it was dry. They reordered the part and got it installed, and Bob followed up to make sure I was satisfied. The entire team had incredible attention to detail, and Bo and Paul are both master craftsmen. I was thrilled with the job they did. When it comes to redoing my hardwoods and replacing my kitchen laminates, you know who I'm going to call.

We met with and discussed the prospective work with several firms. Bob from Just Floors met with us and gave us some good advice regarding how to lay out the tile and hardwood and selection possibilities. Although we were not there when the work was done, Just Floors did its work in a timely manner and without owner supervision. Just Floors also coordinated well with a painter we had hired to remove wallpaper and painting the main floor and part of the basement floor. Just Floors also came out twice for follow-up (2011 and 2012) , replacing a tile giving the optical illusion of a leak on the floor of one of the bathrooms and to repair nosing to the basement stairs that had been damaged when remodeling was being done in the basement. The floors look great.

I called after hours and left a message on the answering machine. The salesman called the next day and and I told him what we had in mind for the floor and he set up an appointment to come out for an estimate. He arrived promptly but without any samples for the brand we wanted (Armstrong), although he did have samples of another brand. Fortunately this was not an issue as I had samples of the colors we wanted, so we went ahead and ordered the floor. It was supposed to be less than a week, and after hearing nothing for almost two weeks, I finally called. They said the floor should be in on Friday, so we set up a time for the installation the following Tuesday

They fit it in on a single day from taking out the carpet and putting in the hardwood floor. They also did a great cleanup job, no one would have known work was done that day.

The salesperson Bob was very knowledgeable. He has a lot of experience in the industry and inspired a lot of confidence. The installers were very professional and very careful. I couldn't recommend them any higher. Everything is looking very nice. My wife is pleased. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary.

We purchased a vacation home last year that had ratty old carpeting and tile in an open-plan living room/dining area/kitchen. I contacted Just Floors and told them I was interested in replacing everything with either hardwood or laminate. Bryan came out to the house on a Saturday (we're usually there only on weekends) and brought all kinds of samples with him. He walked me through the pros and cons of each and asked about the type of activity and usage we expected to have. Because friends and family frequently bring their dogs, we concluded that laminate would be a more durable solution. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time helping me work through all my options (a huge difference from the big-box store I was originally going to use).
Just Floors gave us what I believe was a very reasonable price, and did an excellent job with the installation. Because this was our vacation home, we had them do the work when we were not there. They were very careful with our things and left the home in great condition. We love the new flooring!

From selection to installation we felt the job went very quickly and well. The experience was exactly what we expected offered at a fair price and we are very pleased.

In selecting the tile, they were most solicitous in seeing that we got what we wanted. Tiles were ordered promptly and arrived earlier than expected and they arranged for installation very quickly. They were punctual and very professional. They took their time and did a very professional job. They came back to clean up very well. I would definately use them again and unhesitatingly recommend them to someone looking for quality. They are not the cheapest, but competitive and absolutely dependable, and their work is superb. They are really concerned with the customer's satisfaction.

Water heater broke and ruined my carpet. They helped with bringing samples to the house and were very helpful in choosing a color/type of carpet. I delayed installation by several months since I wanted to re-paint. They were very accommodating and professional.

I have a lot of experience with home improvement personnel so I half expected them to be late. Not so, in fact they were there when they said they would be, performed the work as ordered and turned out to be a very nice and friendly work crew. The carpet looks wonderful and I have since referred a number of friends to Just Floors. I have nothing but good things to say.

THEY CUT ALL THE MATERIALS AND SIZED EVERYTHING UP IN MY HOME, WHICH I REALLY LIKED. THE WORKERS WERE VERY ATTENTIVE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS THE BAD FOLLOW UP JOB THEY DID.
