Sandra, the sales rep. returned my call quickly. She was very friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule the service within one week of my initial phone call. When Craig arrived at our home he got to work right away and was able to make all of the repairs during his visit. I was very impressed with my entire experience!

Open up sprinkler system this year same problem.  Flies indicates it would b 3 WEEKs until they could get someone out to look at it. As about updating my sprinkler system and it would be further out then that.
If you going to be in this business, you better have staff to support the demand.

It went fine. The service man was very friendly and personable. He didn't seem at all flustered or irritated when I followed him everywhere peppering him with questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

They fully explained in advance what they would do and were able to stay within the agreed upon costs of the contract even when they encountered some difficulties on the job. Staff were prompt, courteous and came back multiple times to ensure work was being done correctly and that we were happy with it. Multiple neighbors also encountered them at our home and went on to install systems at their home. We couldn't be more pleased at this time with the work they have done.

We had a appointment for Monday afternoon between 2pm and 5pm. Earlier that morning I was asked to start work earlier than normal (2pm instead of 3pm) so I called Flier to reschedule. However, instead of having to wait for another appointment time they were able to rearrange schedules and the service professional was to our house by 1pm. I was very appreciative since our grass is really drying out! Our service professional (Scott?) was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem efficiently. He adjusted as many of the sprinkler heads as he could and replaced the rest (I knew that there were many that needed replacement). Although he initially said the price would be around $300.00 (and then told me it would be closer to $400.00) I felt that it was still reasonable given the amount of work and the number of replacement heads. I would definitely call this company again.

The workmen on the sprinkler systems do a great job when they winterize it as well as open the lines. If they ever see a problem they let me know then ask if I would like it taken care of. They never charge extra for the extra work unless is a part they do not have. The water delivery man is a great guy who is prompt and keeps in touch with you in regards to your water or salt delivery. Great company!

Brandon from Flier's came out and did a great estimate and plan for the modifications, including a new CAD drawing to replace the old blueprint we had from when the system was originally installed. The service guys arrived on time, and they worked until the job was done. They even set up the system for automatic irrigation, which I had forgotten how to do. Great experience.

Very nice and professional from phone to service guy. Only draw back work completed in about 30 minutes and they charge a min 1 hour of service. Since work has completed I have others will complete the project for $40 50 cause they only charge for time spent working. Other than that they were great.

WHEN THIS COMPANY COMES TO MY HOME THEY ARRIVE EARLY AND DO THEIR JOB AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THEY REPLACE ANY EARTH THEY PULL UP AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS WELL BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

THEY ARE ABLE TO INSTALL A SYSTEM VERY QUICKLY AND MAINTAIN IT VERY WELL. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, THEY ARE VERY QUICK AT FINDING THE PROBLEM AND FIXING IT FOR THE CUSTOMER
