We didn't have any problems with Home Depot as far as ordering  the materials.  We did have problems with the installation of the doors.  Home Depot was very good in following up with us and addressing the problems we had.
All phases of the materials were ordered at various dates in 2012.

Door Service
The workers were nice, but the doors were installed in such poor manner. There are gaps in between the frame on the front door and the back door won't even close properly for the dealbolt to work. Everything they did is just a bit off.

Water Heater Service
$1,000
Purchased mid range $ hot water heater for $289 and had Home Depot arrange for replacement of old unit. The cost of installation was $700! I had a plumbing service here a few weeks later for another problem and asked him what it would cost to make that installation. He quoted $300. DO get an onsite estimate for such replacements. DON'T allow Home Depot to install any of the products they sell!
