Sweers Roofing

Terrible! They installed it wrong and it leaks. Greg, the owner, came out 3 times to look at but never does anything to fix or resolve. Now he doesn't even call back. No integrity with Sweers!

I absolutely love them. They are great. They came out and showed me shingles samples. They said they were coming out and when they came out they were never late. We wanted to make a few tweaks here and there and there were various things about the roof that we wanted a little bit differently like we wanted some extra work done with the tresses that go over my porch which is one of the reason why I called them and they charged us a little more for that but it wasn't objectionable as they were fair priced. They did a very good high quality job installing it. The roof looks really good. I have had other quotes that were worst price wise.

They came when they said they would. They were knowledgeable, and did exactly what I had anticipated. They cleaned up and the gutters look very good. I called them during the time where there was a lot of rain, so they had to catch up and got to me when they said they would. I called Greg Sweers the gentlemen that gave me the estimate and he told me when they could come out. They also replaced all the rotten wood and I felt like it was quality work.

Sweers has roofed many houses for me in Genesee County.My advice is go to the dealers showroom and learn about roofs. You get what you pay for, both in appearance and quality and warranty.. Check online to compare and view various roofing manufacturers and read ratings and reviews.Have Sweers come out first and look at your existing roof for advice and an estimate for repair or replacement.Get educated and ask questions..
The price of the roofing itself is going up so fast estimates only are valid for about two weeks. Prices are tied to many federal regulations and oil prices..

We highly recommend them because they did a good job. They did a good clean up. They were prompt, punctual and on the job every day. They let us know what they were doing and where they were. We had got two or three different quotes and they were all falling within the same ballpark figure so they were reasonably priced. We were happy with their pricing for the work they did.
