Stone Specialists Inc

We had Stone Specialists replace our old countertops with granite and it really upgraded the kitchen. The process was easy and we enjoyed working with the folks picking out the stone, deciding the cuts and planning the installation.

Everything was excellent.

Jenna at the Midland location was very helpful and responsive in picking a stone and getting everything ordered/settled.  Fabrication was fairly quick and scheduling an install date was easy.  Installers were about an hour late due to a vehicle issue, but they did call to let me know before their scheduled time.  The installers took my instructions well and made sure I was happy with everything.  My only negative about the entire thing is that the installers significantly scratched one of my cabinets and didn't mention it.  Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after they left since I was running late for an appointment and didn't have the time I would have liked to check everything over.  I can repair it, so it isn't tragic.

Installed counter tops in good time. But not happy with seam in top , they took the easy way out made two simple cuts when anyone truly caring about doing a quality job would have at least asked us if we would have liked to have it done in one L piece of stone. It was small enough to be done, And would have been so much more Professional looking. As it is now an eye sore. I would still use them but would make sure they understand what I need exactly no confusion nor disappointments.
