Roth Electrical is a Full Service Electrical & Temperature Control Contractor. We offer Power Generation Systems: Design & Installation up through 1000kVA, with Computer Data Center Power & Telecommunication Wiring; and Concise Project Documentation with the latest technology, including AutoCAD. In addition, we specialize in Fire Alarm Systems: Siemans, Gamewell and National Time; Arc Flash Hazard Analysis: Ensuring OSHA Compliance; and 24 Hour Emergency Service. Roth Electrical exclusively uses the PMBOK© Guide Forth Edition and fully incorporates the five (5) project management processes: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing for the basis of our project management plan. While working in a Strong Matrix organization, we strictly adhere to PMI’s PMP© Code of Professional Conduct. Each project manager is evaluated through our continuous improvement plan by the project management office based on how well they manage all facets of the “triple constraint”, Customer Satisfaction, Risk, Quality, Time, Scope and Cost.
