It went very well. Like the previous reviewer, I found Miracle Maintenance through Craigslist. Martin's crew showed up the day after I signed the contract and finished the roof and gutters in about a day and half. The crew replaced just over 25 squares of shingles (at a cost of $5,287) and about 436ft of gutters (at a cost of $1,744). I paid for the dumpster at the time it was dropped off, and did the same with the delivery of the shingles. Martin was paid after completion of the project. The entire process was quick and painless.

I found the company on Craigslist (not listed on Angies)and emailed request for quote. Martin responded promptly. After we discussed money , schedule, supplier...he called back and upgraded the shingle due to a sale passed on from the supplier. Crew arrived and worked their butts off for thirteen hours then finished the next day. The crew was A + very through, neat cleaned up nails and raked grass. Pointed out potential problems, and how to aproach them, very helpful. Martin arrived and picked up dumpster when job was completed.
