Mr. Harriott came out and quoted me a price to remove a tree. Price was agreed upon. He showed up to do the job and after about 45 min. of looking at the tree again and then sitting in his vehicle, called and told me he wasn't going to do the job - that he underbid the job and was willing to renegotiate a new price. He didn't even have the courtesy to come to my door and talk to me face to face. Make sure you get your price quote in writing. That was my mistake.

The job went well. Mr. Harriott described how he would trim the trees and pay attention to preserving the canopy of each one. Lower limbs and the dense growth in the trees' centers were removed. They are now looking great. When finished trimmimg, all limbs and debris were cleaned up from the yard.

He came out during the day time and called me to tell that he was coming in half hour. He had one of those LED light thing which shines on the wall and he pointed it at different branches that he would be cutting down and told me why it had to be done. He was knowledgeable about different things. I would use his services again in the future if he does a good job.

After Greenwood Tree Services came out and gave us a free estimate they started on the job. They trimmed the trees along the fence line(5 acres) and all the trees laying on top of the buildings. The work was done in two days. The ares were cleaned and the wood that we kept was stacked. There were no damages to the buidlings or the fence. They also had a stump grinder which took out the stumps left. Overall, it went excellent and I would receommend this company to anyone. Residental or commercial.
