Randy was extremely professional, did not try to over sell anything, or sell me anything that was not necessary. He was incredibly helpful in explaining things as he saw them. He was a very polite salesman and this was and exceptionally pleasent experience. When he left, I did not have the feeling that I had everything including the kitchen sink thrown at me. I was in no way overwhelmed with anything. He is very knowledgeable but courteous enough to not treat me like I am stupid! I did not hire them to replace my furnace and I realize this review may come off as odd, being as i hired someone else. However i have to say that if you are a woman, and you don't want to feel like you are being taken advantage of and be treated with the utmost respect.... Call Genessee Heating. From the phone call to the estimate, the office staff and Randy both were beautiful to speak to. Especially since i had just been through a terrible ordeal with another company!!!
