I called at 8 a.m., spoke to the owner. He said a technician could come out same day. I asked for after 1:00. John arrived at 1:10. He replaced the cable. Also performed an extensive check of both garage doors and instructed me how to extend the life of our doors with proper maintenance, etc. He was very professional; in and out in less than an hour. Door works great. I would definitely use this provider again for any future garage door needs.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient !!!
The spring was replaced and working within 30 minutes.
We have called Gary in the past for other repairs and his work is always above and beyond what we have received from other companies. You don't have to worry about him overcharging you for his services.

I have used this service before when I use to live in a condo, he fixed both those condo garage doors. Now I moved into a house and had him come by to make sure the door was in tip top shape. He did a great job once again. I plan on getting more work to the garage done soon and will definitely be hiring him.

called them they were out in about 2 hours and the tech found the problem in about 5 minutes and explained the problem showed us the bad bearing and put a new one on. it took less than 45 minutes. he did not make a mess and was very professional and nice.

Contacted the company and was told someone would be out the next morning. Received a phone call letting me know when someone would be out. John arrived and told me that he would be able to repair the door when all other companies said that it was not possible or would cost as much as a new door.
Scheduled the repair for the next day and John showed up to start the repair. Door was in bad shape with dents and braces that had broken when the door came down and did not go back up when it hit a bike. Dents were removed, braces were replaced, door was re enforced and works better then it did new.
I would highly recommend this company. Did excellent work. Could not be happier.

Overall my garage door repair went very well. Budget Garage Door came out right away after I called, and was able to repair my garage door at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs garage door work.

I called several garage door companies in my areas and was either quoted a ridiculous price or was told it would be a couple days or given attitude, but when I called Budget Garage Door, he came right out that same day, actually only an hour after I called, he fixed everything up and now the door is better than ever. It goes up and down with no problems and doesn't make any crazy bad sounds anymore. He was very fast yet thorough. He also went beyond just fixing the problem and checked out a bunch of other things and made sure everything was at 100%. Mark was very nice and easy to talk to and work with. I have dealt with several garage door companies before and have never had services as good as this one. Budget Garage Door now has me as a customer for life!
