Install was great. But when i had an issue. It took 2 months for service. Plus they never answered any emails. Still waiting for answer 9 months later.

They did a nice job, I think they have more business that they can keep up with at sometimes. One of the lead people are a woman. A lot of the time the workers are fine.

Bowen was recommended by Generac along with another Generac dealer. Bowen provided excellent service starting with the quote and gas meter upgrades. The gas meter upgrade was necessary Bowen provided the detail I needed to give to Consumers Energy. The upgrade cost me $600 as it was a much larger generator install and required the larger gas meter. Pricing was very competitive, service and work was great. Bowen is in Burton MI and I live in Troy. I am not concerned at all about the distance for service as they are responsive to my needs. Do watch for specials from Generac as a few times per year they may offer a 10 year warranty and on occasion, a free Generac Power Washer. Note: This is a Generac sponsored promotion but Bowen fully supported the promotion.
