Unprofessional telephone call. Did not call to say they would be late. Did not return call to confirm date/time.

They came out to tear the old driveway out to install a new asphalt driveway. They tore the old driveway up and laid down gravel (which was done very poorly) before putting down the asphalt. We agreed to put down the asphalt several months after the gravel was laid down, so I called them and they never got back to me. A month later I finally got ahold of them and they said they could come out in the spring, the weather had caused them some issues. I called them in the spring and they never called me back or responded to any messages. I spoke to my lawyer to see what can be done, as they had my $2200 and I could not get ahold of them. They told my lawyer they would be out within a week. They never called and never showed up again. I was forced to hire a new company who did a good job. They are hard to get ahold of and do not return calls well. Not the best business man.

owner showed up for estimate in September of 2012.  I hired them immediately.  Job did not get started until November.  It took approximately 1 week to complete.  They did a nice job, but I would have liked it done when i hired them so my grass would have been in by fall and not have a sloppy dirty mess in the spring.  I guess you cant have everything.  Overall I am satisfied

They have the needed materials and equipments for the job.. They did the job in a good level. They have started the job and finished it. But for their punctuality, they were on time for the first day but they became tardy on the following days.

It took them from June 29 to September 1. They were terrible. It was 7 weeks that I couldn't use my driveway. It was promise after promise and lie after lie after lie. They ruined my approach and took 6 feet out. They said they would be back the next day to repair it. I called them 4 or 5 times a week for 7 seven weeks. They would come over one day at a time. I called them 27 times and they kept promising they would come back and do it. My wife and I had to park on our lawn for 7 complete weeks and we were not allowed to drive on our brand new driveway that they put in. Their price was in line with everybody else. I could have paid less and gotten a better job from someone else. I would never use them again and I would not recommend anybody to use them. My problem was that I paid them and then they wouldn’t come back.
