"First of all I am a bit shocked to have received a review such as this one.I also did not find out about this review until we apparently received a second review.I am sorry you feel about us the way you do.In my defense I am replying with this response; I never said I would change the screen on your well.I haven't done any screen changes in over 5 years. Your well had a hole in it and you probably heard me say that the screen is likely plugged also.I often refer customers to another well driller who still handles screen changes if they choose to take the risk and cost of a screen change.I am a bit offended to be called a clown,I wasn't a "clown" when I came out to your house a few years ago and fixed your well on a holiday weekend! I also never said that your well wasn't up to code...what I did say was,if you put a new well in you would have to move the tank in the basement to be up to code.I can only assume my word was misinterpreted due to the amount of alcohol consumed by you prior to my visit and while I was there giving you an estimate .After I gave you an estimate you called me and asked if I would work with you on payments.I told you that we were not taking on any payments on account at this time.You then called another well driller that was willing to take payments and had a new well put in for a slightly higher price. When you were quoted by us for a new well and letting you know that a screen change would be costly and wouldn't promise a fix for your well was an honest opinion and price.
