Insurance Agencies
I gave them an F for responsiveness because even though the agent had given us his business card he never once responded to a call or email that I made to him. It was days to week or more later when I finally would hear a response from our insurance rep. This lengthened the process by a considerable amount and damage that was done in early August has finally been corrected in early May (actual construction took 1 week). More damage was sustained due to the fact that we had to sit over the Winter and Spring with a large tarp to keep the weather out.
