D. Kassem here. I chose Napier Home Improvement because I noticed their signs on many homes in my neighborhood. Seeing many houses in my area utilizing Napier gave merit to their high quality & work and business standards. I am very happy that I chose to use Napier Home Improvement for my new roof project. I called Monday for an estimation; they came out Thursday for the estimation and the next day they completed my beautiful roof. I love my new roof. Mr. Napier, Brett and the whole crew were awesome, very professional, honest, careful during the project and thoughtful of my plants and neighbors. They cleaned up after the job. The price was very fair and competitive. I actually put full trust in them recommending the shingle roofing color to match my environment and I am truly happy with the result. I highly recommend Napier for any home improvement projects. I will always use them for my roofing, gutter and insulation needs.

***The BEST of the BEST ~ in every way!! The crew of about 10 workers arrived at 7:30 a.m. and completed the installation of my new roof within the day. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy their work. Each worker had his own role and efficiently worked with his co-workers. They took pride in doing their job with excellence and got along with each other very well. It was a real pleasure to witness!! Several days later, a crew of 4 came to replace my gutters. They were equally as professional and efficient. The job was done within a few hours. I would highly recommend Napiers Home Improvement without hesitation.

Napier was very responsive to phone calls and there was always a great line of communication. They arrived on site on the day agreed upon and were very prompt. Work was started at 8 am and they worked all day until the job was done. Their cleanup of my property was excellent and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Literally had six different top-rated companies come out and usually I'll pick the wrong one LOL. So thankful I chose this company literally grade A. The team of 14 showed up and you wouldn't even know they were there after the day was done. Don't make a mistake, choose these guys!

After some research and many many other local neighborhood recommendations and many quotes, we decided to go with Napier. Dan took the time to answer all my questions, many of which were more mechanical "why is this this way" (and not necessary post sale, but more a curiosity, as I was learning about the process, so I appreciated his patience on the phone. The work went very fast on a large house, good professional crew, in around 7am, done about 3pm. Left everything nice and tidy. We're very responsive to taking care of concerns and issue I'd had as they worked, and the crew went out of their way to come back after the work was done to take care of some extra things as a kindness. I'd definitely recommend them. A nice experience.

They replaced a 4,000 foot roof and were fantastic. They brought 3 crew's that all worked at the same time and they were extremely good. They cleaned up afterwards and came back the next day to ensure the job was perfect. There was an area of the roof where the beams were completed rotted out and they replaced them without charging me anything. This took three men nearly 4 hours but again, they never asked for money. I am so happy I used this company.

What an excellent company. We had a lot of work done. They were quick, efficient and very professional. They cleaned up after each job and you couldn't even tell they were there. Even the workers had nothing but nice things to say about the owner Dan. He answers the phone every time you call. He is a great man who does what he says he is going to do, such a rarity in today's world. Highly, highly recommend!

They had their whole crew here on time- and put tarps around my whole house ( I have a long ranch) They removed the old shingles- and put on my new roof.. They also added more vents. They cleaned the mess up- and went over my yard for any nails. It was done in 1 day- and I couldn't be more pleased.. I would highly recommend this company..

In the front of the house, there is approximately 4 to 5 feet where the shingles were do not have any overhang with respect to the fascia board. I noticed this at the first heavy rain when the water was flowing behind the gutter. Some water actually worked its way into the soffit and damaged a small area of drywall around my front window. They placed a piece of aluminum between the drip edge and the gutter which is a band aid. The drip edge material was not the "T" style but instead the "L" style which works but does not look as good. Otherwise, I have not had any leaks. They did a nice job on my neighbors house however I think they lost control on the crew they hired to do my house. It is very depressing to look at the roof and know that I paid approximately $7200. I will do my homework and force very specific wording in the contract regarding materials etc. I was very trusting because this company has done so many houses in the neighborhood.

Dan Napier is a rarity in business these days! He has integrity, honesty, service, politeness, actually listens to customer, treats customer with respect and provides excellent value/price! I took three estimates for new roof, Napier being one of them. First salesman told me he had best price in area ($12,000) - I wouldn't get anything cheaper. Napier's beat him by $4,000 with ten times better service and more honest assessment. Second salesman high-pressured me to sign contract immediately telling me it would inconvenience him to come back. Great customer service and attitude - NOT! By contrast Dan Napier was polite, genuine, just gave me the facts and was super helpful, no hype or pressure. First guy looked at my roof in a satellite picture!! The second guy never looked at it at all! Dan Napier actually climbed a ladder, walked the roof, saw the bad spot and discovered another serious gap around chimney that went right thru to attic!!! Can't see that from a satellite or just by walking around the house! Mr. Napier sent someone from his crew to tarp the leak and caulk the gap within a couple of hours of finding it and thank goodness he did, as we have had some serious rain since. He saved me other costly repairs i am sure, with no high pressure -- just the kindest, most honest, up-front good guy you can imagine!! I didn't think there was this quality and caliber of businesses people any more! I love this company and can't wait to see my completed roof! What they've done already --and it hasn't even been the main job -- has been above and beyond anything I could imagine. Terrifically important to me as a single woman was the fact that Mr. Napier didn't try all those shady high pressure tactics or lie to me. He was straightforward, kind, honest and truly had my best interest at heart and actually helped me when those other two guys were just trying to get a contract signed without even looking to see what actually needed to be done. I would say that you don't need to consider anyone else, just go straight to Napier's. Find out for yourself what quality and value is all about - what a true high-class, old-school excellent business looks and acts like! Anything else my house ever needs that they do, my business is theirs! Can't rate them highly enough!!!! They are solid gold! AAA+++ !!! Oh, and they have a great extra - a booklet with houses they've roofed, homeowners you can contact and the address and type of shingle used, so you can drive by and see the shingle you are interested in on an actual house! A super idea and so helpful for color choice! How good is that!

Calling NHI was a truly awesome experience from the first phone call consultation to come out for an estimate through the last follow up phone call we received from the owner personally to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work completed and service we received. The receptionist was professional and showed concern for our needs of service. The estimator showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable of what we needed from the materials, construction purpose and time frame in which it was needed. He explained to us there was only one way to do this job, the right way. We chose to hire NHI and they delivered. All the problems with our roof were fixed everything done wrong from the other guys was corrected and all else to ensure a properly working roof to protect our home was done. The crew handled themselves as true professionals by respecting our home and neighbors and cleaning up in detail. The roof works and looks AMAZING! After a complete walk around inspection and a heavy rain downpour we could not even find a complaint. Many of our neighbors chose to hire NHI and we rehired them also for our gutters and soffits. This job looks even better than we expected. The crew members are true experts and craftsmen. Our family is truly glad to have found a home improvement service we can depend on and we enjoy. Old skylights were removed in a short period of time. Areas were measured to insure proper size. Fiberglass was cut , placed, secured in less than an hour.  Job on the patio awning went very smooth and professional. Will be contacting them with future home improvement work.

When I was aware of the problem I immediately called Dan. On what must have been a very crazy Sat., because of the high winds in our area in the past few days, Dan came right out to access the damage. He assured me it was no big deal and sent one of his crew (Dave, who did an excellent job) to take care of it... and he REFUSED any compensation... said it was a small job... No big deal!!

Well, it was to me because this was the second Dan helped me out... I had a gutter come loose last summer and he also took care of it, gratis.

The thing is, I had never met Dan before these two incidents and he treated me like an old friend helping out a neighbor.

All he wanted was me to give him a chance to bid on a job if I ever need it... roof, siding, gutters, a repair, etc.

If anyone out there are is in need of Dan's services please give him a call... You won't regret it!

Foreman knocked on my door early, crew was on location ready to work. They did a very good job,service was very professional. I will probably use for house roof replacement when needed.

We highly recommend Napiers Home Improvement.  They are professional, thorough and trustworthy.  We had a leak in our roof that was running down into an electrical outlet.  Mr. Napier came out to our house at 6pm (as I couldn't get home from work sooner) and immediately found the problem.  He also agreed to fix some "flashing" around our chimney (for free); the chimney work was not done properly by a different contractor.  When it is time to replace our entire roof we will definitely use Napiers Home Improvement.  One final note.  The office manager, Linda, was extremely helpful and professional too.  Thank you Napiers Home Improvement.
