All the workers were very professional. From the first meeting with Hunter and several conversations with Cathy, the office admin assistant--- They were great to deal with. Jeff came out to measure and really listened to what we wanted. Gave us a sketch for our approval and when the counter tops were installed they were just what we were expecting... the ogee edge is real classy. The installers were perfectionists and really knew what they were doing... Nice people, Nice job, Nice work!!!

Saw samples at their location and were able to take pieces home.
They kept measuring appointment on time as well as installation appointment.
Only small mistake was they forgot to bring back our faucet they took with them for measuring purposes. They brought faucet back within an hour of our call.

Overall, it went very well. There was a slight oops with a small granite countertop in our adjacent family room (they cut and delivered the wrong color granite). There was no arguing or finger-pointing... they committed to correcting it, which they did before our renovations were complete.
