Description of Work: Over chargedfor the work he did. Never finished the job that he was paid to do. Just patched the broken pipe and never replace the pipe. Which I was charged for. Said he also was a general contractor that he can also can do drywall as well but that's not the case all my seems had lifted. Called him back and he said he had other jobs to , that he will get back to me on Thursday or Friday. I had text himtelling him that I felt that I was getting the runaround heI told me that he wasn't and that he is busy with other jobs. And I never heard back from him since.

My Home Warranty company referred us to this company when our water heater needed replacing since they use local contractors. When the contractor assessed the work, they estimated that we needed all new plumbing, venting, and a larger water heater. The venting would cost $250 for labor and the new water heater would cost $1600 including labor. I didn't trust this estimate, and contacted another contractor that we have used in the past (Blissfield Plumbing and Heating). Blissfield quoted the work at nearly half the price, and told us we didn't need the venting and larger water heater. I think this contractor was trying to take advantage of the home warranty company, or us. I ended up doing the work myself and saved even more, but I will avoid using this contractor in the future. I can't speak to the quality of work since we didn't use them.
Description of Work: This contractor gave us an estimate for a new water heater - and the estimate was unreasonable. We decided to get a second opinion which was about half the cost of their estimate.
