My Home Warranty company referred us to this company when our water heater needed replacing since they use local contractors. When the contractor assessed the work, they estimated that we needed all new plumbing, venting, and a larger water heater. The venting would cost $250 for labor and the new water heater would cost $1600 including labor. I didn't trust this estimate, and contacted another contractor that we have used in the past (Blissfield Plumbing and Heating). Blissfield quoted the work at nearly half the price, and told us we didn't need the venting and larger water heater.
I think this contractor was trying to take advantage of the home warranty company, or us. I ended up doing the work myself and saved even more, but I will avoid using this contractor in the future. I can't speak to the quality of work since we didn't use them.
