Darling Contracting and Restoration LLC

This company came into my home after having a house fire to do the restoration of my home. They made alterations to the home that were not authorized and did not complete the job according to our contract, or at all for that matter. They were paid excessively from my insurance company, and then abandoned the job after rough inspections were complete and said they were out of money to finish the rest of my house. I was left with bare drywall, a pile of siding in my living room, all the trash from the subcontractors IN MY BACK YARD, sub flooring that wasn't properly installed, electrical wires hanging out of every outlet and switch box as well as where light fixture belonged, and nothing was connected to the breaker box. Upon request for a itemized list of expenses to show where the money had gone, I was given nothing. Now, they won't return calls and are threatening with lawyers saying I still owe them money. However, they produce nothing when asked for documentation of monies owed. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
