Carpet Installation
We visited the location in Brooklyn and ordered carpet. We were to received a quote within two days. It took 8-10 days for the quote and only after multiple follow ups. The work was scheduled. The carpet received from the factory was dyed incorrectly and the installers did not install on that date. They reordered the carpet and worked to get it in the next week. We were under a tight schedule and they worked to still meet the schedule. All in all, there were definitely a few hiccups but the personal touch and accountability was valuable to get the work accomplished.

They took relatively inexpensive tile and made it look like a beautiful custom job. They were outstanding.
