Smoothly. Window glass measured one visit and replaced next visit Also put silicon on another window to help it open smoothly - no charge

Excellent job. Other company called back about a week after I called. Doug's had the work done within two-days of my first call. Asked Pella for a quote just for a replacement window (sash with glass) never heard back. And I understand the wait time to get a replacement window is 6 to 8 weeks.

Work was done on the spot. Put all new screen on enclosed front porch. Gave a time when he would be at my house and he was  .Did not leave until it was completed. Cleaned everything up after  he was finished. Very pleased with his work.

I found Doug's business in Angie's list with a statement that they did things others didn't do. In our experience, this proved to be the case: others had not been able to locate the appropriate parts because Peachtree Windows had gone out of business. Doug contacted me once he had located the cranks, told me accurately the cost for them plus the cost of his service, and when I indicated we wished to order them, he did so and said he would contact us about installation when they arrived. He did just as he had agreed, scheduled a time to install them, did the work efficiently, and charged as he had indicated he would. We were extremely pleased in all regards.

lcould not ask for a better outcome.  On time-  took a lunch - came  back- and worked til finished. Cleaned up after himself
