WILSON MARINE

I bought a new 2019 Bennington from Wilson Marine because of their Wilcare promise--- RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Wilcare is a joke and would only be helpful if customer service actually responded to it's customers. The first year I paid for my boat to be winterized I received it back with INCHES of water soaking the boat-- I was told by Wilson that my cover was not on the boat so my BRAND NEW Bennington was stored outside in the rain/snow for two weeks (2 seconds later I opened the back middle seat to show the delivery driver where the cover was the entire time).. Wilson happened to send me the receipt from the winterization but little did they know it included my complaint with insults about the customer including a statement saying there was NO cover on the boat even though I had already proven (with witnesses) that the cover WAS on the boat---- extreme laziness! Fast forward to 2021, I sent multiple emails to multiple people asking where my battery was & requesting someone be present for spring commission given the sh*t show that happened with Wilson in 2020. I had to contact Wilson via multiple methods (email, phone, FB) to receive a response and finally had customer service contact me only to tell me that I'm not welcome at Wilson Marine again!!!! So much for Wilcare! Wilson Marine will steal your money, become IMPOSSIBLE to contact for an issues, BLAME THE CUSTOMER when issues do arise then KICK YOU TO THE CURB when the customer tries to remedy any issues. It doesn't get worse than Wilson Marine!!!!!!
