Victor J Lacca Plaster

Unbelievably good - amazingly good - no peers....Victor Lacca. I hate to give him a reference because everyone will use him and I will never get him back (lol) - but he really is that good. I found Victor off the Berkley Nextdoor site - took a shot at calling him and have been pleased beyond all words. Victor is an "old world craftsman"...there are few like him left anymore. He is very focused - takes his time and is more than fair in price. Speaking of price - Victor tells you his price and just as kindly says "feel free to use his services or if interested to use someone else" - his price is his price and it is final. That's not a bad thing - you get what you pay for Victor isn't into high tech - no Facebook - and to be honest - Victor will tell you he gets so many calls - it can take a couple of weeks for him to call back. Victor is not ignoring people who call - he's a one-man show who has work every single day - every day! - and he calls back when he can. If you don't hear back right away - you've not been ignored...the wait is worth it! I had the world's ugliest popcorn ceilings and walls - I hated them every time I saw them - hated them - and he fixed it all - they look stunningly elegant now. It didn't come cheap - but it wasn't crazy expensive....it was what I thought it would take and worth it. I have a Berkely 1925 original house and it looks better now on the walls and ceilings that when it was built! Victor's number is 810-335-0118. He was extremely good. Reasonable and showed up on time and did the job well. He patched large areas of the plaster ceiling. He is very friendly and businesslike.  I was pleased with the charge it was a fair price.

Vic is a plaster artist and masterfully matched the textured pattern in thie old plaster in our 1928 home. This was the third room we have had re-plastered by Vic and he is a highly skilled craftsman and a dying breed. He is friendly, reliable and trustworthy.
