From the first phone call to the day of service, I was completely thrilled with Ultimate Body Reconditioning. When I called to make the appointment, I had already spoken with several other providers and was extraordinarily frustrated with either price or availability. When I called Ultimate, the woman who answered the phone was outgoing, enthusiastic and forthcoming. She gave me an estimate over the phone, and offered 6 scheduling options, the first one within 48 hours of the phone call.
When I dropped off my vehicle, the gentlemen with whom I left my keys were friendly and kind and assured me that they would take great care of my car and that it would be garaged overnight.
I picked up my car the following day and I have never been happier to drive my car. The interior was immaculate; I didn't realize my car could even be that clean. No surface had been overlooked and the upholstery was spotless.
The reason I sought the detailing was to prepare the car for sale, and I was actually a little sad to say goodbye to my car after that service.

My car is a 2006 and when I got it back after they detailed the inside and out, it looked brand new. They even went the extra mile and dyed a paint stain in the back seat. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

I usually detail my vehicle myself, but haven't had time this year. I was reluctant to use a company - thinking they wouldn't do as good of a job as I do. Ultimate exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again.
