We were pleased with the fence, but disappointed with the gate. It is a two door gate that leads into our backyard. They used enormous hinges which left a large gap in between the doors and the post. It's large enough for my sister's dog to slip through. The doors on our gate used to swing open 180 degrees which helped in bringing and removing large objects to and from our backyard. Our lawn company could drive their lawnmower through. Now the gate only opens 90 degrees. Tony said the door can slide off the hinges easily. That's not convenient. We cancelled our lawn service and bought a lawn mower. They also put the stop latch on the wrong door. We used to open the door that was closest to our deck. Now the other door opens. It's not a huge deal, but it's a little less convenient. All of the screws are rusting. I've read that cedar erodes metal faster, but this seemed pretty rapid. Some were screwed poorly into the wood, and the wood split at several places. I've reached out to Tony all summer about fixing the gate. We even offered to pay for any extra materials it would take to fix it. Each text said he could absolutely fix it, no problem. He was busy and would let us know when he was available. It's been five months now. He never responded to my last two texts. I'm really disappointed.

The project went very smoothly and quickly from quote to finished fence. Tony responded within hours to my request for a quote. He gave many fencing options with the ability to see the options at South Lyon Fence Co., Inc. The product took approximately 3 weeks to manufacture and deliver. The fence was installed in two days. I knew that Tony's schedule would fill up fast, so I contacted him in early April to get a place reserved on his list.

Tony responded to email and phone calls quickly. He came out for the estimate in a timely manner. He installed the fencing when he said he would, and left a nicely finished fence and cleaned up when he was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence installer.

Tony and his team were great. He was very helpful and communicative through the whole process. Even though they got a late start after waiting for the city inspectors, they completed the job in one day. Would definitely hire again.

Tony did a fantastic job. He was very responsive to my schedule and did everything possible to install the fence in a timely manner, even though it was winter weather! The fence turned out beautifully, the posts are very secure, everything is nice and level. Tony patiently adjusted the panels when I changed my mind about the height. I highly recommend him for your next job.

They did a great job. We were out of town at the time, so Tony would keep us informed by texting photos of the work. The neighbors also let me know that they fence looked great. I even added on additional work at the end of the job and they finished that the same day. I believe one of our neighbors actually hired them to do some work at their house. They came at the appointed date and finished in two days, working through 90 degree heat!

The project was very difficult because our property is clay and a lot of roots, so digging was almost impossible but TRS persisted! In addition, there was a design flaw on my part and Anthony targeted the problem and added extra wood to tighten up the flimsy panel design. If he had not seen the problem, I would have had cracked panels the next day due to high winds. His team worked incredibly hard in very hot temperatures. Anthony also suggested we "stair-step" the panels, which I was hesitant to do but I took his suggestion and couldn't be happier! The panels are stunning and the installation is perfect. Anthony and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend them.
