Pillar to Post Home Inspection - The Beemer Team is a Full Service home inspection company. This means we not only do Home Inspections for buyers & Pre-listing inspections for sellers but can also do the following testing services, Radon, Water, Mold, Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos and Septic Inspections. We also do what we call PTP360 photo's of all the major rooms in the home for each full home inspection. These photo's allow the client to look at each room on their computer and move 360 degrees around it at their own Pase. View the ceilings, walls, floors by moving the mouse around on the computer. This allows for planning for color changes, placement of furniture etc while you are waiting for things to progress. We have 4 Certified Trained inspectors. On inspection day, he then informs me that I needed to call a seperate service for a well inspection; despite telling me that they provide this service during an earlier conversation. Throughout the inspection he was rude and disrespectful. They even went so far as to bring a second inspector-in-training along so the man we requested and paid for could leave early.
There is no way I would ever use this group again, nor should you.
"This is to clarify this review - The Beemer Team purchased the franchise from the Prior Owner and NONE of the current inspectors from this period are with the company now. This review was from 2013. We just added Angi's list to are marketing process and we inherited 3 review from the prior owner. We receive all 4 and 5 star reviews for The Beemer Team in google and other review services. We are very professional and knowledgeable in all areas on a Home Inspection. Not sure what happened in this review but this team of 4 are totally commited to our clients to insure they have no surprises after moving in after one of our inspections. Rick Partner"
