Initial consultation - On time, very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all of our questions.
Installation - On time, excellent work, cleaned up work site completely and showed me everything I needed to know about the operation and maintenance of the unit.
Contact - The office administrator is excellent. She kept us informed of inspection appointments and responded in a very timely manner to all of our inquiries.

The generator started up on first try, and kicked on during the one power outage that we have had since. Scott came out to winterize the unit and check it over. I would definitely recommend SPS as a source for generators and for any electrical work. This is the kind of work where you want to have confidence in the skills of the people involved.
Scott was so helpful, answered ALL my questions and even made a second trip to our house so we could do a walk through to make sure we understood each other.
Installation took two days (partly due to rain, the first day) and was super smooth. It's a BIG project and all the new wiring was done, beautifully.
