A crew was sent to my home with a lot of equipment and they were very polite and considerate of the trauma my husband and I were going through. The crew took in to consideration traffic areas and put down floor protection where needed The crew took out the affected drywall where necessary, cut and pulled carpeting where necessary and removed all bathroom fixtures. The crew set up all their drying equipment, while additional crew tended to boxing decorative items and moving aside furniture and furnishings. the crew came by daily to check on the equipment readings so they could determine when every area was completely dry. For an unpleasant experience, Servpro made us feel like everything was going to be okay.
