Realty Concierge Group is an extremely unique Brokerage because all team members work together and towards one common goal opposed to the traditional brokerage that has multiple agents all working for themselves! Imagine this... You are searching online for a home to buy & you call your agent to go look at the home because it is the perfect home for you & you don't want to lose this home!! Now you call your agent to go see it & you find out that they can't show it to you due to them being so busy. Now what? You either lose the home due to not seeing it or the agent must figure out how to re-organize their calendar to show you this home. Most times the calendar re-organizing is not possible IF you want to give ALL of your clients extraordinary service! Now... Imagine this scenario with Realty Concierge Group. Wonderful! We worked with Joel and his team and we would recommend them to anyone! they stayed on top of everything and always told us what was next before we even needed to do anything. The communication was awesome and they were always there to answer any questions you had even though a lot of the time they answered them before you even had to ask. We had a few different offers come in over asking! we couldn't be happier with our experience.

He is very professional, always responded within a timely matter, gave us great advice when listing our home and most importantly, SOLD our home so we could move within our time crunch without having to juggle two mortgages!! My experience with Realty Concierge Group was incredible! We would recommend Kelly to anyone. She responded to all of our questions immediately. We never felt pressure to make an immediate decision. Kelly always gave an honest opinion, and truly kept our vision in mind when lining up properties. We couldn't have expected more from a realtor, Kelly is the best. I cannot rate Kelly or Joel highly enough. If you are buying a home I would recommend Kelly and Joel as your realtor, you will not be disappointed!

We were relocating to the area and had already had 2 agents who had not been able to find us a home or who didn’t make themselves avaliable when we needed them. I was introduced to Kelly through a friend of my daughters and was told that Kelly had found her a home in just a few days. I am so happy that I found Kelly and her team because she went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor. We had to come in from out of state and she spent the weekends with us and we were shown many houses and she always kept in mind what our wishes were and She was very professional and knowledgeable and made every effort to find us a home with as many items on that list as she could. Even when we went into the process to make an offer on our home she was very knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of and came out with a deal we could all be happy with. I highly recommend Joel Schmidt, Kelly Schmidt and the whole team from Realty Concierge Group.

Wow, what can be said: First, Tom and I are deeply impressed by the regular updates and communication we received from Realty Concierge. Joel is the best. Our estate home had been with another realty for a year doing nothing. He made a few remodeling suggestions. He sold it for asking price in 2 weeks! 10 months later, Joel again made remodeling suggestions for our rental house. He sold it within 3 days again for asking price! Both were older homes. What a great experience. Joel came to the house gave us some tips on things we should work on. When we finished he came by, got the house listed and six days later it was sold. The house was previously listed with another agent for about a year with hardly no action. Once it was listed with Joel we couldn't keep up with the showings. My husband and I were very hesitant on listing it again after our first experience but, are so happy we did with Joel. I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but great things to say about Joel, Chris, Kim and everyone I worked with at Realty Concierge Group. They sent me updates along my entire process, let me know when things were needed, and went above and beyond to get things done quickly. When purchasing my first home I was terrified because I expected a lengthy, confusing, experience. What I received was the polar opposite. Forever grateful!
