There was a well preexisting and the well pump had broken. They tried to pull the well pump out but it got stuck in the old steel casing that was in there and the pump was stuck down in the well and they could not get it out. So they had to a do a new one. The company was fine. It is a small company with basically two brothers and their cousin and they were nice people and nice price and they did the job in a timely manner but I wasn't in the house at that time. It was pretty straight deal. They were cheaper than a whole lot of people. As for their responsiveness they were pretty busy at that time and it took a while to get it done.

They were excellent. They were so good to deal with. They hooked us up to our neighbor's house so we could have water for a couple of days. They were professional. My husband was out there all the time and he liked the people. They were responsive and came out within hours because we were without water. They were respectful because they had to come up our neighbor's driveway. They did a real good job. They filled in the hole and left the amount of dirt there for it to sink it. We wouldn't have even known they were here. They were real, real good people.
