J & J Business Service - Michigan

Called during business hours but could only leave a voicemail message, no option to talk to a human. Left a message requesting a return call as I was in need of tax and investment expertise. I never received a return call. Its tax season I know but I do not have faith when a company does not even return the phone call. I would have selected NA for the rating since I did not use the services of this company but the ratings section would not allow me to select that one.

I have been using the services of J and J Business Service and ndash; Michigan from the past 10 years. Jackie Wray is the accountant and she handles my personal account, payroll and general accounting. She does bookkeeping for my company. I used her services last in February of this year. She is an excellent accountant and she is extremely well informed about the current tax norms. She is very easy to get hold of her if I have any questions.
