The came out and did a great job; Took care of everything and also offered suggestions for what to do to keep my septic tank running well; They offered insight that will help us in the future. I highly recommend.

Extremely quick and courteous service. We needed the septic pumped and a tank inspection as part of the overall inspection for an older home we are buying. Jason was very thorough in explaining the current conditions of the tank, as well as what we need to keep an eye out for going forward. I have dealt with many septic companies in Livingston County and this is the first time I've hired Eldred to do work for me. They are far beyond the rest in the quality of work that they do. They don't take shortcuts and they know exactly what they are doing. They explain everything to you. I would hire this company to replace, repair or pump my septic and feel confident the work will be done right.

Appointment was made and they followed up with a confirmation the day of.  I was supposed to dig up my access covers, however, I couldn't find them after digging around my yard for an hour the day before.  They added a very fair extra charge to find and dig them out.

I have a septic that has a pump in it that I was having problems with and also needed the tank pumped. They diagnosed the problem as electrical in my alarm system and advised me that I needed to get an electrician. They also pumped my 1000 gallon septic and did all this for 250.00 which I thought was more than reasonable. There is not enough room on this section to say how fantastic they were.

Dave and his crew did a outstanding job. He is a honest and upfront kind of guy. He does what he says!! I could not be happier with the performance and execution of this project. A+++++++++++++++++++++

Tank truck shows up, a guy pulls the lid (I dug down to the lid opening).  Two guys handle the hose and truck controls. Done: finished.
They suggested I have a 'riser' installed to give me a surface access point for next time.  I told them OK and for $99 they did that.  Well worth it I figured.

we had a clogged up pipe.   We thought problem was septic issues, but was not----it was a pluming issue .
Wayne & Richard came over and did the work, explain the issues, and very honest about things.   I felt like I was talking to one of the family members..
I will defiantly use them again!   Pay a good amount once, its worth it :-)

Excellent experience from start to finish. My initial call was received by a courteous agent. The crew was on time and acted very professionally. The work was done well including how the tank was accessed (ground cleared), the actual cleaning and the work site cleaned up. The technicians were really helpful with recommendations on best way to maintain the entire system.

Very professional service, but it cost $100 more than the last company I used to drain my septic tank.

These guys are fantastic!  Recently purchased a home in Brighton and called to have the septic tank pumped.  Along with that, I needed to have a cistern pumped out.  I called Eldred & Sons mid-morning and they were able to come out that afternoon.  Nice guys, obviously very experienced. I literally just closed on the house a couple days ago and, to be honest, did not even know where the tank was.  The "as built" diagrams on file were, to say the least, vague; they referenced a building that was no longer on the property and, of course, were not in any way to scale.  The two gentleman poked and prodded for a long time, but could not find it.  It was not, I assure you, from lack of trying.  They called out the owner ("he's never NOT been able to find a tank") and left to do another job, promising to come back; no problem for me, I was going to be at the home all afternoon.  Owner came out a bit later, and the 2 original guys came back, and eventually they found and dug up the tank.  They pumped it out, then turned their attention to the old cistern on the property.  They quickly dispatched with that. Given the fact that they had to go "in search of" the tank, dig it up, and do the cistern, I thought the price was very fair.  They were very courteous, explained what they were doing, gave me some tips of maintaining a well functioning system and were all around good guys.  
I would not hesitate recommending Eldred & Sons!  Thanks guys, I really appreciate the quick, complete, and courteous service!
