Diamond Brake & Front End Inc

My car is a 2005 BMW 5-series. When i took it to the dealer for an alignment, the dealer's base alignment was 150$. While in there, they claimed a rusted bolt was going to add about 600$ onto the price of the alignment. Diamond brake got my car in spec (they provided the alignment printout) without needing to replace anything.
I was allowed to use my home-built BMW diagnostic computer to verify the alignment was aligned with the steering module's (BMW Active Steering) sensors, so the stability control error i had was cleared from the computers. The guys at Diamond Brake didn't have the special software needed to monitor the sensors, but they worked with me to get it done right.
The only complaint i have is that it appears they may have torn a tie-rod end boot during alignment. I had checked the tie-rods just before going in, and all was well (no loose ends or torn boots), but during an oil change later that week, i noticed one boot was cut, apparently from a tool pressed against the edge of the boot. It may have happened in that week driving it, but i doubt that.
Given the price, and the willingness to work with me, i have no complaints on the service, overall. I'll be going back to them again in the future.

This was the BEST service we have EVER received. We were traveling through Michigan and our car broke down. Fortunately for us, we were stranded at the gas station next to Diamond Brake service. My husband went in and Rick said they'd look at it right away, even though they were a person short that day. Well, Rick and his fantastic employee repaired our car so quickly and even though we told him we'd pay extra, he refused.

I could only wish for more honest auto repair shops like this.

I wish they were in Columbus, Ohio, as that would be the ONLY place I'd take my cars. This is the BEST place...HONEST, HELPFUL, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY...and they know how to FIX cars!!!
