Phoned Mary Jo Comiskey to come out and take care our ground wasp problem. Instead of coming out, she gave me directions of how to take care of problem myself. Her directions worked well. No charge. We have used her before and the work was excellent.

She is super! She treated my house for my wasp problem. I was concerned that the chemicals would harm my cat. She listened to my concern and explained what she did so that my cat was safe from toxins.

The removal of the Yellow Jackets took two visits. It was concealed by a rain gutter so the first attempt, with a long tubular pole did not work. The second attempt using a ladder was successful. The provider was prompt and friendly and I would hire their service again.

The technicians were very knowledgeable, they used chemicals that were EPA-safe, and they removed the nest without issue. They also provided me with helpful information on how to avoid future problems, and they even removed the nest of another kind of wasp without additional charges.

They were excellent. Joe came out and was very reliable and sealed everything up. He is very professional and timely. He got rid of the problem and did his job. He was very considerate and would call every day. He was a good communicator. I would use him again if needed.
