Horrible! They never return phone calls. They never answer the phone. I've actually been in the place when the phone is ringing and no one answers the phone. They're all too busy watching The Munster's re-runs to pick up the phone. They never called to tell me what was wrong with my TV, they never returned my calls inquiring about when it would be done. They are simply horrible. I would never take anything to them again for repair.
