I called for an estimate on my 28 x 34 storm window panel. They called back quickly with a reasonable estimate. I took the window in on Monday and was told it would be ready Tuesday. I expressed my concern because the window was to my newly furnished sunroom and without it there was just an open hole to the outside and told them that I needed it quickly, but figured we could manage one night w/o a window pane. (My daughter and I taped plastic over the opening when storms hit later). When I called late in the afternoon Tuesday they told me that it was not ready and that all their guys were on the road doing jobs, but someone should be in to do "table work" that night. I called again at 3:30 on Wednesday, and it was still not done. Again, they said they would be paying someone overtime to do table work that night and that someone would call me and let me pick it up later that night. No one called. Thursday morning, still no call. Called at noon and asked if my window was ready. It was, but I was not notified. I am highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and punctuality. They sounded disorganized and overloaded. They did not deliver their product on time and made excuses as to why it wasn't done. When I picked up the window, no apologies were made or discounts offered because of the delay.
