When I called Beauchamps in September I asked if they had TOP DRESSING for turf treatment. The guy I spoke with said no, but suggested their GARDEN SOIL. I ordered 10 Yards and I the material they delivered was a huge disappointment. They had loaded approx 5 yards of what seemed to be sand with small pebbles throughout, together with approx 5 yards of very lumpy, compacted compost/topsoil. The 10 yards they dumped in my driveway was a shocker. The sand and compost wasn’t mixed together which would add hours of labor blending everything together before spreading on the lawn. Adding insult to injury, the “garden soil” they delivered is NOT GROWING GRASS, despite the application of top quality seed and starter fertilizer. Buyer beware. I just waisted $375.

They have to level up the ground on my property, and provided hydro seed and they planted 2 maple trees, They were pretty good and they solved all my landscaping issues. I wasn't able to finish up the whole landscape but am planning to get them again next year to finish my landscaping and install underground sprinkler system; They are the most honest company to work with, They strive to provide good customer satisfaction, They were very reliable & they finished the project in a timely manner and we have some issues after, but they made sure that we were happy so they came back and made sure the problems are fixed. And I highly recommend this company

They do a great job.

Everything went great this time. They guy was very experienced and knowledgeable. He looked at the system and reset some things on the timer. It worked perfectly.

They came out and couldn't get the system running. They sent another guy out two weeks later. We were gone the two weeks in between so it doesn't have to do with promptness or anything.

Rick was very responsive and had great follow up. He answered every question and walked the job with us several times before work began. The crew who did the walls and the grade were super hard working and very polite. They left the worksite clean every evening. The hydroseed crew was okay... They were a bit more messy and not considerate of the landscaping we already had. But less than a week later we have grass growing so we are happy. We will be using them again in the spring for another Boulder wall

At first everything was great. We got a great deal on a weekly mowing for our home. First problem happened when they came out one week and did not mow the backyard. OK maybe it was a new crew, so i called to let them know. I explained it to the person on the phone and then i was sent to voicemail. I left a message asking that they send someone out at thier convience to mow the rest of the yard. I never received a response nor did they return to finish the job i paid for. The next week it was done correctly so i let it go. However 2 weeks later this happened again. I again called and emailed and received no response. The next week, again the backyard was not completed. I sent an email asking to cancel my service.....still no response but they did not come the next week so must have received the email. Then my bill comes and I was charged full price for every single week. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service was horrible.

Mediocre. I hired them to take care of my yard including bed maintenance, spring clean-up and year end clean up. Not enough mulch delivered when they did it. Monthly bed maintenance was shabby at best. Then to top it off I had renewed my contract for 2013 and when May 3rd rolled around and no service had been provided yet this year, I called in to complain and ask why they hadn't been out to do any cutting and bed maintenance yet. Their and quot;Coordinatorand quot; Carlo Carlino didn't like my attitude and told me so. I asked to speak with the Manager or Owner and he hung up on me. An hour later Carlo called back and told me they were not going to provide service for me in 2013. I still have never received a call from the Manager or Owner of the business.

Had topsoil and mulch delivered at different times in the year. Have been prompt, called prior to delivery. Delivery was deposited where I wanted it. Delivery personnel courteous and asked for my input for placement. Topsoil was good quality and the mulch didn't have large chunks in it, was the correct type and color desired. Will use them again this year for further gardening projects.

They worked very hard, but do not expect them to bring enough material.

Fertilization was okay. We had a problem on our lawn and it really bothered me that they never mentioned the problem. We had to call them to ask. I really was looking for a company that would be proactive. This was not the case with this company.
We also got a quote for mulching, but the salesman was new and didn't understand the formula for calculating mulch measurements. As a result, we almost paid almost a $1000 too much for mulch (they quoted 50% higher) due to this person's mistake. If we had not gotten a competitive quote, I don't think the mistake would have been admitted. Although they did apologize, we just couldn't get past it. We ended up only using them for lawn fertilization and skipped the mulch.

My rating went down as time passed with no response.

The people are all very nice and if you are not looking for the cheapest people - give them a try.

It went well as smoothly as possible considering weather, etc. Looks beautiful.

They do all of my lawn services. They do a great job. I would use this company again in the future.

I was happy with the drivers that deliver, the staff support in their office and their promptness and punctual delivery. They are easy to work with and deliver a good product line. I was particulary impressed with the clean fill sand they provide. It doesn't always come that clean from other sources. I recommend this company.

They did an ok job mowing the lawn. The house didn't look as tidy as I had hoped. I had the trim the hedges and he tried charging me $300 when I called about it she told me it was only $100. I don't trust them. Then they charged me $450 for fall clean up. I will not be using or recommending them again.
