When I called another company (Kappler Mechanical, June, 2012), they improperly replaced a dual 50/5 μF run capacitor with separate 55 μF compressor and 7.5 μF fan capacitors. The A/C died again within two weeks. I called Kappler again, and they said they'd check to see if they had anybody to send, and would call me back. They never called back. I got tired of waiting and hoping, and called Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning, who fixed Kappler's mistakes. Well done, Air Serv! :-) Not so much, Kappler. :-(

The technician offered to do the install after-hours if we were okay with it. He had become familiar with our system, and since he was going to be on vacation later in the week, he wanted to make sure we were fixed before he went on vacation, and was willing to do the work after his other regularly scheduled work, and not charge us extra for it. It has not been installed yet, but I am confident they will do well. We used them last year when the other AC unit went out last summer. They provided good service and so we pre-purchased a maintenance package. The technician is going to do the regular maintenance to our AC unit when he fixes/replaces the couple and compressor.

The response was fast. The service was completed in a timely manner the following day. They kept me informed of their schedule and even offered to arrive early. They offered a clear explanation of the problem and the necessary repair.

It went great. Very friendly on the phone, came out the same day, and on time. Efficient and knowledgeable technician, very respectful, and priced reasonably.

Mr. Ken was able to explain fully what my furnace was doing, and he answered all of my questions. He worked very hard and didn't waste any time. He was very friendly too.
