John and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional; made sure that everything was installed and functioning correctly; and cleaned up after themselves. They did this in the dead of winter and I did not have to run any auxilary heat at all and there was hardly any mess. The key to any heating/AC project, regardless of the brand, is the installer. BCHC is an excellent installer with an excellent product.

We have used him three different times. I called him, and he was able to come out right away. He did a good job. He doesn't talk a lot. He does his job and stays focused. If you ask him a question, then he will answer it.
