Taylor Rental

When my husband picked up the above rental items on Friday 9/27, the store manager (Steven Talboys) helped him load up our car.

 My husband loaded up our car on 9/29 to return the items on 9/30. At 7 A.M. on 9/30 we received a phone call telling us that our son was rushed to the emergency room at a hospital 1 hour away. My husband left immediately and I told him I would return the rental items. When I got to Taylor Rental in Boyne City @ approx. 9:00 A.M., the store manager Steven Talboys, told me his computer was down and if I didn't wait, he would charge me another $22.00. I waited for about 20 minutes and he then told me to take the rental items to door # 3 and he would meet me there. When I got there and opened the back of our car, he told me to get out and unload the and that he would not help me. The tables were very heavy and he wanted me to stack the chairs on a stack that was higher than me. I told him I couldn't do it (I'm 66 years old and only 5' 1" tall). He then called me a "f****** b****". I felt very, very threated by this man. I started to unload the car and he then realized I couldn't do it and he started to do it himself, all the while calling me vulgar names. We will never, never use these unprofessional people again and urge everyone in the Boyne City and Petoskey area to do the same.
