At MI House Detective, LLC, our company is known for delivering quality service and ability to communicate details clearly. While the state of Michigan does not require any license or certification for an inspection, our conscience does. We inspect every home as if it were our very own. MI House Detective, LLC, is an extension of Boyne Country Services, which has been providing service to over 1000 homes and businesses in northern MI for over twenty years. We provide home inspection services including general home inspection, pre-listing home inspection, Thermal (IR), Radon, Mold, UAS (Drone), 11th month warranty inspection, pre and post rental inspection to the Tip of the Mitt. We also provide air duct and vent cleaning. We make sure to satisfy our customers and develop a lasting relationship, so that the next time a service is needed, there is no question who to call.
