Landscaping
Never received an estimate. Never received a written quote and scope of project, timeline, etc. When I reached out to inquire about moving forward and questioned the company, I was told that they couldn't do the job. THEN, two weeks later and out of the blue, the company showed up and started laying sod on a Saturday. When I showed up and saw what was happening, I told them it wasn't a convenient time, and questioned the cost? It was 3x the going rate! The landscapers demanded payment on the spot and said if I didn't like the cost, they would just roll up the sod and haul it away. VERY unprofessional.
