They were really bad. She took my phone number and my address information. I said that I would pay them immediately and she said that she would send me out a bill. So I waited and waited. After 6 months later, I called them and messaged them, but there was no response. I went to get some of my stuff from the storage unit and they had put locks on. When I inquired, she said that I did not pay. So I asked her how am I supposed to know how much do I owe if I had not received a bill. I gave her my name and address information again and I received nothing. When I drove that way one day, I found that her boyfriend was taking some of my tools out of my storage unit. The lady who runs the facility is Dayne. The owner came down and wanted to know about the two storage units and then she called me to say that they are going to auction off my stuff and she need my address. She wanted to cover her mistake of not sending out a bill to me. I asked her again how do I send the monthly payment when I have not received a single invoice? The owner called up and was very nasty with me over the phone. He said that he would give me 4 hours to pull all my stuff off. When I went there, he just drove off. So I would not recommend them as well as blossom pest control which he owns. When I checked I found my saw missing and I don't know what else they took from it.
