I hired them 2 years ago and the have never came back to finish the job, they took over $6000 for me and left me with mushrooms growing in my bathroom from mold, from a leak that they did not fix in my wall. Theyâ re still mudded areas that have not been smoothed out or painted. The didnâ t put up my closet door back on. The but in a piece of marble threshold in the doorway, thatâ s really a window seal ledge and isnâ t level with the floor so we always trip on it. My tile is falling off the walls, thereâ s grout falling out in chunks. There are no seals around the fixtures, bathtub, my window or between the floor and the tub, and the bathtub isnâ t leveled. And they didnâ t pull the permits with the city even though they said they would and it was in the contract that we signed. The tile was so bad it had to be redone not 1, not 2 but 3 different times. They didnâ t secure my vanity, my toilet is uneven and rocks from side to side even after putting a new wax seal, the floor makes a popping sound when you walk on it. I have gathered all of our communications and lack of communications together and proof of all issues with pictures and videos to take to the court. They ignore my calls and texts. They started in September 2022 and took a year to get them back in and then they completely abandoned the job and wonâ t respond, even after I sent him the pictures of the mushrooms growing between my wall and floor. We took out a home loan to have this bathroom redone and now we have to take money out of our 401k and have it redone again and for the black mold remediation, because of the leak they left us with. I know that this sounds like a lot, but this is all true, it is not exaggerated, This is like an episode of bathroom nightmares. Please if you want to spend money on remodeling your bathroom steer clear of this company for you own sanity and peace of mind.
