This is the same owner as The Mulch Store so DO NOT USE HIM. We changed our delivery and they said it was not a problem..mulch was never delivered and we receive this email from them...It is always helpful when you place an order to actually place it for the day when you want it delivered.  You in fact placed it for next week and then called at a later time to change the delivery date. Thus it is in the act of changing the date when things can and sometimes do go awry.  We are human at the mulch store and sometimes mistakes get made.  Of course it is never anyone's fault but the business owner.Sorry for the disappointment.  We do not do business with those that only find blame in others and don't understand that their own actions may have contributed to the mistake.  We have thus refunded your order in full.Thank you! Really.... We only changed the date of delivery. This is not a company to do business with as they are not customer friendly and he is only in the business to take your money, he is a dentist and is obviously not involved in this day job.
